iC2 Ocean Villa is a three-bedroom rental villa located in Leeward, a gated and upscale neighborhood on the island of Providenciales. This property offers a relaxed setting for travelers seeking privacy and proximity to some of the island's top beaches.
From iC2 Villa, it's only a three-minute walk to beautiful Leeward Beach. This coastline has powder-soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water, and tends to draw fewer crowds than nearby Grace Bay Beach.
Daily lounger and umbrella setup is provided for villa guests on Leeward Beach. Guests also have use of a four-seater electric golf cart to travel between the villa and the beach.
Several attractions are within driving distance of iC2. The nearby Blue Haven Marina is a popular launching point for yacht charters and numerous tours and excursions. Grace Bay’s shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores are only a short drive away.
Outdoor Living and Views
Designed to take advantage of the island’s climate, iC2 Ocean Villa features expansive outdoor living areas that extend the interior spaces out to the island elements. A large 14-foot by 35-foot (4 m by 11 m) second-level furnished deck offers open ocean views and a beautiful location for watching the sunset. The villa's private pool on the ground level is surrounded by loungers and also has a private outdoor shower for rinsing off.
Additional outdoor spaces include a gated entry courtyard with tropical landscaping as well as covered areas for dining and lounging. The BBQ grill and wet bar make it easy to enjoy casual meals or drinks by the pool and entertain outdoors.
Interior Spaces and Accommodations
This villa offers an open layout with ample space and natural light. The living and dining areas are designed for shared use and easy access to the property's furnished outdoor space and pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking (wares, utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher, oven and stove, and microwave are all provided). The villa's concierge can also organize a private chef for your party upon request.
Each of the three bedrooms features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are appointed with Smart TVs, in-room safes, air conditioning, high-quality linens, and complimentary bath products.

This property has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a monitored security system, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Guests also have access to portable beach chairs and a cooler for exploring additional Providenciales beaches (or for simply enjoying Leeward Beach for the day).
