Jack & Jenny's

Jack & Jenny’s is Salterra Resort's pop-up food truck, named after the wild donkeys that roam South Caicos (female donkeys are known as Jennys, while male donkeys are known as Jacks). Guests can find the eatery on wheels along the resort’s Seaside Garden, near the pool.

The menu leans into bold street food flavors. Expect dishes that layer freshness with spice and crunch—vibrant vegetables, tropical fruits, and island-sourced ingredients reimagined into handheld favorites. Offerings change with the season.

Alongside the street food creations, Jack & Jenny's also has a menu of frozen drinks. Whether it’s a frozen margarita, a tropical daiquiri, or an inventive non-alcoholic blend, each drink is made to cool, refresh, and keep the mood lively.
