Turks and Caicos Beachfront Resorts
The Turks and Caicos has some of the finest beaches in the world. Impeccable white-sand coasts and aquamarine water can be found on all the major islands and many small cays in this tropical archipelago and top Caribbean tourism destination.
Of all the islands in the Turks and Caicos, Providenciales has the greatest selection of luxury beachfront resorts. It also has most of the country's best beaches.
Several resorts on Providenciales offer all-inclusive packages, if you’re looking for a no-stress vacation of sand, sea, and sun.
For families and groups, it’s also worth considering some of the beautiful Turks and Caicos villas, which typically offer more space and privacy than a resort. Most Turks and Caicos villas are located on or near an incredible beach.
The following beachfront resorts are listed in no particular order.
Ocean Club Resort
Ocean Club is found on the uncrowded eastern side of Grace Bay Beach, and close to the longest undeveloped stretch of the famous white-sand coast. The family-friendly resort offers a full range of accommodations, from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. All considered, Ocean Club is one of the best value accommodations when it comes to Grace Bay beachfront resorts.
Resort amenities include Cabana Bar & Grill, a fitness center, a pool, plenty of beach loungers with shade, and access to the amenities of its sister resort, Ocean Club West. The award-winning Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club is located a short walk away, and the popular Opus and Rickie’s restaurants are directly adjacent to the resort.
H2O Life. Style. Resort.
A popular choice for water sports enthusiasts, H2O Resort is a boutique beachfront property located on the south coast of Providenciales. It looks out onto the breezy shallows of Long Bay Beach, which is the island's top kiteboarding location.
Kiteboarding, wing foiling, and e-foiling are just a few of the water sports offered at the beach onsite. Guests can enroll in classes at the resort's kiteboarding and wing foiling academy or explore beautiful kiting locations nearby with guides.
H2O boasts a large range of accommodation types, from studios to suites with one, two, three, or four bedrooms. Stays include complimentary use of the resort's kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and Hobie Cat sailboats.
The Ritz-Carlton
The elegant Ritz-Carlton resort offers numerous superb dining options and amenities in a luxurious setting.
This resort occupies a prime stretch of Grace Bay Beach, where a beautiful pier stretches out into crystal-clear turquoise water. From complimentary kayaking, paddleboarding, and Hobie Cat sailing to luxurious spa treatments and three beachfront pools, there's a large collection of amenities offered at the Ritz-Carlton.
Onsite, guests can enjoy delicious meals at BLT Steak, Coralli Restaurant, Noori, and Casa Nonna. The Casino at the Ritz-Carlton provides entertainment and a range of table games, from poker to roulette, as well as slot machines.
Le Vele Resort
Conveniently located between Grace Bay's shopping plazas and its beautiful beach, Le Vele Resort is a boutique hotel with a modern look.
The beach fronting Le Vele is one of the lesser-developed areas of Grace Bay, and is typically calm and quiet. Accommodations at the resort range from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites equipped with full kitchens.
A large pool with loungers and umbrellas, bicycles you can use to explore Grace Bay, kayaks and beach toys, and a fitness center are some of the amenities offered. Several plazas with restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops are in walking distance of the hotel.
Grace Bay Club
Grace Bay Club was the original luxury resort on Providenciales, built before Grace Bay Beach became widely known as the world’s best beach and one of the top destinations in the Caribbean.
Today, Grace Bay Club has greatly expanded from the original elegant hotel. It now features three resort enclaves, three restaurants, Anani Spa, and a full range of luxury amenities. Guests can choose from suites or larger villa accommodations.
The resort is part of the Grace Bay Resorts group of properties, which includes several properties on Grace Bay and one on the Bight Beach.
Royal West Indies Resort
Royal West Indies Resort is a spacious beachfront hotel located on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. The resort offers a similar experience to the larger and pricier Grace Bay properties at lower cost, making it a great value option for a beachfront vacation.
Studio rooms as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites are offered that overlook the ocean or lush garden. Guests have access to non-motorized water sports equipment, a large swimming pool, and bicycles. Loungers and umbrellas are set up on the beach fronting the resort.
Royal West Indies is a short drive from the shops and restaurants of central Grace Bay. There's a restaurant onsite that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The Shore Club
The Shore Club is one of the few resorts on Providenciales not found on Grace Bay. It's located on the more secluded coast of Long Bay Beach on the south side of Providenciales.
Long Bay differs a bit from Grace Bay, yet is a likewise spectacular beach. The sand here is very fine and soft, the ocean depth is shallow, and the water hue is a bit more on the turquoise side of the spectrum (compared to the topaz colors of Grace Bay).
Long Bay is a famous kiteboarding location, as the shallow water and wind direction create unparalleled kiting conditions.
The Shore Club is a beautiful property offering a range of accommodation types (from suites to villas), numerous pools, and several dining options. The resort is a popular wedding location and event venue.
Windsong Resort
The Windsong is a mid-sized resort located on the beautiful Bight Beach, west of Grace Bay. A vibrant snorkeling reef, The Bight Reef (Coral Gardens), is located directly off the beach. Turtles, stingrays, queen angelfish, and parrotfish are common sightings.
There's a range of amenities onsite, including a spa, a heated pool, several dining options, and the use of non-motorized water sports and bicycles.
Guests staying at this property may want to consider renting a car, given that there's not much in terms of dining and shopping nearby. The restaurants, cafés, souvenir stores, and plazas of central Grace Bay are about a four-minute drive away.
