The spacious, airy vacation villa features all the modern amenities you would expect from a luxury rental. You’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a 60-inch flat-screen TV, and a washer and dryer. The living area also includes a desk and chair perfect for writing or creative endeavors.
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, appliances, cutlery, dishware, and everything you need to whip up fresh local meals. You’ll have access to a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and blender to assist with any culinary concoctions you choose to make.

The Bedrooms

Leeward Beach
Villa Perroquet is a 4-minute walk (1040 feet, 318 m) from the Pelican Point access to beautiful Leeward Beach. This section of white sand beach is a small cove sheltered by rock outcroppings on each side, and typically is a very quiet spot.
Other sections of Leeward Beach and Grace Bay Beach are a short drive away.
