The expansive and modern property—which is part of the Sunset Beach Villas collection—includes 6,408 square feet (595 m²) of combined indoor and outdoor area, a private solar-heated saltwater swimming pool, a well-manicured courtyard, a spacious patio, and an outdoor grill. At Second Chances Villa, guests can enjoy lounging by the pool, perusing the villa’s library, or cooking up a barbecue on their very own grill.
Second Chances boasts views of nearby Leeward Beach—just a short walk or beach-cart ride away—as well as a lush courtyard garden with a fountain and plenty of places to lounge. The villa is great for families and is ideally located within driving distance of the central Grace Bay area, which offers shopping, dining, and some nightlife.

Second Chances offers ample space for relaxing. Each of its five bedrooms has a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom, a safe for stashing valuables, and a smart flat-screen TV. Hotel-quality linens and hair dryers are provided in each bathroom.
This modern villa has many amenities that can make your tropical vacation all the more comfortable, with central air-conditioning in the living area and inverter technology air conditioners in each bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully appointed laundry room to wash out remnants of sand and sea from clothing.

Second Chances Villa is located in a private and gated community. Your stay includes a complimentary concierge service, through which a concierge can help you book local tours and excursions and any services you may need during your vacation in paradise. For example, instead of preparing your own meal in Second Chances' fully equipped kitchen, you can book a private chef (available for a fee). Other VIP add-on options include a nanny, butler, and housekeeping. The property is equipped with a backup power generator in case of emergency.

Second Chances Villa’s expansive grounds include a private solar-heated saltwater pool that measures 12 feet (3.7 m) by 28 feet (8.5 m) with 5 feet (1.5 m) of continuous depth. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and daybeds, and adjacent is a barbecue for preparing meals outdoors. There is an outdoor shower to wash off from the beach or pool, as well as all the cookware you need to prepare a barbecue.
Second Chances is conveniently located within walking distance of Leeward Beach. Guests have access to two kayaks that they can use to explore the area's pristine marine environment. Grace Bay, where many of the best Turks and Caicos restaurants are located, is just a five-minute drive down the road.
Leeward Beach
Second Chances is a five-minute walk from the spectacular Leeward Beach. This quiet coast is found to the east of world-famous Grace Bay Beach, and likewise serves up plenty of soft white sand and pristine turquoise waters.
You can use the villa’s six-seater electric beach cart for easy access to Leeward Beach, as well as the complimentary beach towels and cooler.

Second Chances is located in an enclave of villas managed by Sunset Beach Villas. The upscale Leeward community on the northeastern coast of Providenciales primarily hosts luxury villas and homes, as well as the Blue Haven Marina.
