Island Prime Butcher

Island Prime Butcher prepares fresh cuts daily for its patrons.

Grace Bay now has its own specialty butcher shop right across the street from Graceway Gourmet. Island Prime Butcher sells a wide array of meat cuts, specialty foods, and some kitchen supplies from its location in The Hub complex.

Head Butcher Jeff Austin and his team carve a range of meat cuts, from New York strip loin and T-bone steaks to filet mignon and flanks. You can also find deli sandwich ingredients here, such as artisanal cheese, cold cuts, jams, and preserves, as well as house-made pork, beef, and lamb sausages.

Island Prime Butcher is the meat supplier for its next door neighbor and sister company, Embers Restaurant, which serves a range of wood-fired steaks and dishes. The butcher shop is within walking distance of Seven Stars Resort & Spa, The Ritz-Carlton, and Ports of Call Resort.

Meats

High-quality meats, imported from the United States.

Island Prime sells high-quality beef, pork, lamb, and poultry products. With a butcher in store at any given time, the shop can prepare orders on the spot, though it’s best to call ahead of time for large or specialty orders.

All of the shop’s meat products are imported from the United States and many of them are USDA grade, so prices are higher than what you would pay for similar cuts back home. With a farm-to-fork mission driving the business, Island Prime Butcher only offers meat that is:

• Pesticide-free
• Raised without antibiotics, GMOs, and hormones

The shop has one of the better selections of artisanal sausages on island. They stock bratwursts, chorizos, merguezes, and salamis, among other types.

Planning to cook a meal at your villa or rental home? You can also buy Italian seasonings and marinades here, as well as linguine, rigatoni, and raviolini (baby ravioli with a beef filling) to complete the meal.

Specialty Shop

Island Prime Butcher is located next to Embers restaurant in The Hub complex.

Island Prime Butcher doubles as a butcher shop and specialty deli, with a variety of snack and canapé ingredients like smoked meats, patés, mousses, cheeses, and crackers on offer.

The shop also sells various kitchen accessories, from cookbooks, knife sets, and garlic presses to specialty frying pan sets, cutting boards, and air-tight container sets.

Located at The Hub

The Hub is a newly renovated complex in central Grace Bay. Home to a few small shops and a restaurant, it's within walking distance of several Grace Bay resorts as well as the Saltmills Plaza and Regent Village shopping areas.
