Edge of Paradise is a luxury three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa located in the exclusive Sunset Beach Villas collection near the exceptional Leeward Beach. The stunning modern villa features 3,505 square feet (326 sq m) of indoor and outdoor living space and includes a private swimming pool, three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and various luxury amenities.
The villa is ideal for unwinding and relaxing in a picturesque setting. Guests have access to a fully stocked kitchen, a well-manicured courtyard, a large private pool, expansive outdoor dining and lounging options, central air-conditioning, a home entertainment system that includes flat-screen TVs, and games for the whole family to play.
This villa offers great privacy and security. It's located in a private, gated community and features a keypad entrance to the gated courtyard, as well as a safe in each bedroom.

Edge of Paradise Villa features three spacious, comfortable bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, a king-sized bed, hotel-style linens, and a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms are each stocked with a hair dryer and a full set of bath, hand, and beach towels for each guest. There is a safe in each bedroom for your convenience and peace of mind.
The living room features a smart TV with cable access. Throughout the villa, there is high-speed Wi-Fi and central air-conditioning. If you're looking to unwind and relax after a day on the beach, Edge of Paradise Villa has games, books, and TV entertainment. The accommodation's washer and dryer are particularly handy for washing beach clothes and keeping you feeling fresh throughout your stay.
This villa has a fully stocked kitchen that's ideal for preparing a home-cooked meal or hiring someone else to do it for you. Edge of Paradise Villa's indoor dining area seats up to six people, and its outdoor seating accommodates up to eight. The kitchen includes everything you need to eat and drink well on your vacation, with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishes, and coffeemaker, as well as a dishwasher and icemaker, at your disposal.

This villa occupies an ideal location for exploring the Leeward and Grace Bay areas and enjoying many of the outdoor activities that Providenciales has to offer, from scuba diving to lounging on the beach. The luxury villa has two private parking spots as well as a golf cart to get to Leeward Beach.
The picturesque tropical grounds of the villa include a 12-foot (3.7 m) by 20-foot (6.1 m) private swimming pool with 5 feet (1.5 m) continuous depth. You can lounge poolside on a large, plush shell lounging bed, or relax in the shade under the patio roof. Located outside is a Weber S Series grill you can use to barbecue while enjoying a round of drinks. The private courtyard area is a nice place to sit back and relax.
The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club is located just over a mile (1.9 km) from the villa. You can also enjoy kayaking, swimming, sailing, and more at nearby Grace Bay Beach, which features world-renowned turquoise waters and soft white sand.
Leeward Beach
Edge of Paradise is a six-minute walk from the spectacular Leeward Beach. This coast is located on the eastern edge of Grace Bay, and offers white sand, amazing water, and fewer crowds.
The villa has an electric golf cart, which guests are free to use to access Leeward Beach.
