DHL

International and domestic courier and shipping services are offered by DHL Turks and Caicos. DHL is operated locally by Gold Brokerage Services, part of the Butterfield Gold group of companies.

Domestic Service

Shipping is offered to Grand Turk and Providenciales, and between the two islands. It’s common to use local courier services to send documents between the islands, as the local postal service does not function well.

Shipping Partners

DHL is often the local partner for full-service shipping options such as Global-E. Companies such as these work with retailers to provide one-price shipping, customs duties, and clearance options. For example, a customer can purchase clothes online via some U.S. fashion retailers, and pay for shipping to Turks and Caicos and local customs duties at the time of checkout, with no additional fees on arrival.

Located in Downtown

Downtown is located in central Providenciales near the airport. Many government offices, the post office, a number of small restaurants and shops, a sports center, and a supermarket are located in this region. The largely residential Kew Town is adjacent to the northwest.
