Business Aviation

A private aircraft at Business Aviation.

Business Aviation is a small fixed-base operator (FBO) in the Turks and Caicos Islands and the only one that offers hangarage. Founded by a local pilot and aircraft owner, Business Aviation was created as an answer to the growing demand for a hangar at the Providenciales International Airport (PLS), both for local aircraft owners and visitors to the island.

This 9,500 square-foot (882.6 sq m) hangar is 117.8 feet (35.9 m) wide, 81 feet (24.7 m) deep, and 27.1 (8.3 m) feet tall at the apex. Its aircraft clearance dimensions can accommodate aircraft with a 108-foot wide (32.9 m) wingspan and 23-foot tall (7 m) tail height.

In addition to being the only FBO with a hangar on island, Business Aviation is also home to the maintenance department of one of the local airlines and offers rented hangar space to accommodate minor aircraft maintenance.

Conveniently located off taxiway India—an easy exit from the most frequently used runway, Rwy10—Business Aviation’s location on the southeastern side of the airport.

Aviation Fuel

Business Aviation is located right off the main runway, at the intersection of South Dock Road and Five Cays Road.

Business Aviation sells both Jet A and Avgas aviation fuels.

Amenities

Business Aviation has its own client lounge and business station that clients are free to use. The business station includes free Wi-Fi, VoIP phones, and facilities for photocopying, faxing, printing, and USB charging.

Complimentary snacks and hot and cold beverages are provided. Clients have access to a range of services, such as catering, laundry, dishwashing, aircraft cabin cleaning, and exterior washing.

This Turks and Caicos FBO also offers the full range of ground handling services, including but not limited to GPU, LAV service, potable water, and so on.

Business Aviation partners with a sister company, Villa Del Evan, to offer its clients luxurious accommodations for both crews and passengers at a reasonable price. They can also organize car rentals with free FBO pick-up and drop-off.

Located in South Dock Road

South Dock Road is a region that connects the Downtown and airport area to Five Cays and South Dock. Much of this road and adjacent land supports industrial sites, yet the southwestern section is home to residences and some accesses to the beautiful Chalk Sound lagoon.
