Pizza, quesadillas, tacos, and pasta are a few of the casual dining choices for lunch. During the Turks and Caicos lobster season from August to late March, the restaurant serves Caribbean spiny lobster a variety of ways, from cracked lobster and lobster pasta to grilled lobster tails.
Cilantro's offers a fine dining menu for dinner, serving dishes such as rack of lamb, grilled salmon, and stuffed chicken breasts. They also design themed menus and special dinner events for holidays like Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Cilantro's is where the Ocean Breeze Resort hosts its weekly Manager's Social Hour, where guests of the resort can enjoy complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres every Tuesday. It's possible to reserve Cilantro's for private events, corporate functions, and small weddings.
